We may do exchanges or returns on damaged items or on items that dissatisfied,
*Please return it within 7 days for a refund ( buyer pay returned postage ) Goods must be returned in original condition. 15% restocking fee applies to all refunded items unless item is defective. If item is unopened, it can be returned for a full refund in 7 days. All other items returned are subjected to a 15% restocking fee.

If within the first 30 days you find your notebook to be defective/ DOA please email us and we will get you a speedy repair/ replacement once the DOA unit is returned.
If your notebook is defective or DOA a full refund can be issued to you if the return of your item is received within 30 days. If MSI techs find your notebook is not defective a 15% restocking fee will apply on all refunds. No refunds are available after 30 days. After 30 days, we can help you repair your notebook under warranty.

MSI Notebook Standard 1 Year Warranty (US/Canada customers only)
- Coverage for hardware parts (including motherboard, cpu, harddrive, ram, ect) and labor ( excluded battery, power adapter and power cord )*
- Technical assistance with installation, configuration and setup, problems solving, and normal PC operation.
- Five-business-day repair time (typically 2-3 business days depending on the load)
- Shipping back to customer at no additional cost (3-4 days transit time depending on location)
MSI Notebook Extended Warranty:

1-year extended warranty (extend coverage for one additional year beyond the standard one year warranty):

- Coverage for hardware parts (including motherboard, cpu, harddrive, ram, ect) and labor ( excluded battery, power adapter and power cord )*
- Technical assistance with installation, configuration and setup, problems solving, and normal PC operation.
- Five-business-day repair time (typically 2-3 business days depending on the load)
- Round-trip shipping at no additional cost ( 3 days transit in each direction )**
2-year extended warranty (extend coverage for two additional years beyond the standard one year warranty):

- Coverage for hardware parts (including motherboard, cpu, harddrive, ram, ect)and labor ( excluded battery, power adapter and power cord )*
- Technical assistance with installation, configuration and setup, problems solving, and normal PC operation.
- Five-business-day repair time (typically 2-3 business days depending on the load)
- Round-trip shipping at no additional cost ( 3 days transit in each direction )**
